Volgens recente onderzoeken is hybride werk wellicht de betere keuze voor bedrijven die hun werknemers meer flexibiliteit willen bieden. Laten we eens wat statistieken bekijken.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Statistieken over hybride werk<\/b><\/h3>\r\n

EEN <\/span>onderzoek door FlexJobs<\/span><\/a> ontdekte dat 65% van de respondenten zei dat ze na de pandemie de voorkeur zouden geven aan een hybride werkmodel. Aanvullend, <\/span>een onderzoek van PwC<\/span><\/a> ontdekte dat 55% van de werknemers zei dat ze de voorkeur zouden geven aan een hybride werkregeling, terwijl 68% van de leidinggevenden zei dat ze geloven dat het hybride model een blijvertje is. A <\/span>onderzoek door Buffer<\/span><\/a> ontdekte dat 98% van de thuiswerkers de rest van hun loopbaan graag op afstand zou willen blijven werken, in ieder geval een deel van de tijd.
